Here you will find counselling services, resources on mental health & substance use and workshops and courses centred on themes related to meaningful direction.

Our Purpose:

We believe that every individual deserves the life they desire and to seek counselling support when they need. The issue is we life in a over-run system where funding counselling programs come with long waitlists and specific eligibility criteria, and private counselling is unaffordable for some.

What is a Social Enterprise? A business that sells goods/services embedding in a social, cultural, environmental purpose, whereby money from selling the goods/services gets reinvested in the social goal.

At Authentic Ground Counselling, our first step in building our social enterprise is to reinvest the profits sold by goods/products, such as our courses, workshops and events, into funding low-cost counselling for individuals.
